This website (livenoora.com) is operated by Wild Wellness Labs (“NOORA”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and purchasing for delivery within India.

Our products

NOORA products are wellness supplements intended to support general wellbeing. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on the site is for general purposes only and is not medical advice — please consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have a medical condition.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
• We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g. pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud); any amount paid is refunded.
• Promotions and discounts are subject to their stated conditions.

Glow Plans & renewals

Glow Plans are prepaid for the term you choose (90, 180 or 360 days) and renew on a recurring cadence so your supply continues uninterrupted. You may cancel renewal at any time before the next renewal date from your account or by emailing us; your current term runs to completion. Renewal pricing and timing are shown before you purchase and in your account.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details. By paying you also agree to Razorpay’s terms.

Intellectual property & acceptable use

All content on this site is owned by NOORA and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NOORA’s liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai, India.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
