This website (livenoora.com) is operated by Wild Wellness Labs (“NOORA”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and purchasing for delivery within India.

Our products

NOORA products are food supplements intended to support general wellbeing. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on the site is for general purposes only and is not medical advice — please consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have a medical condition.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST.
• We may refuse or cancel any order (for example a pricing error, a stock issue or suspected fraud); any amount paid is refunded in full.
• Offers and discounts are subject to the conditions shown with them.

Glow Plans & renewals

Glow Plans come in monthly, 3-month and 6-month terms. You pay for your first delivery at checkout. The plan then renews automatically — every month, every 3 months or every 6 months — at the renewal price shown at checkout, charged to the UPI Autopay mandate you approve when you order, until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date by emailing hello@livenoora.com. We cancel the mandate and will not charge you again; anything already paid for is still delivered.

Payments

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments on their own secure pages. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. By paying you also agree to Cashfree’s terms.

Intellectual property & acceptable use

All content on this site is owned by NOORA and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NOORA’s liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai, India.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above shows the current version.
