Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we ship

We ship across India only. We do not offer international delivery.

Dispatch & delivery times

• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days through our courier partners.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Glow Plan renewals are shipped automatically each cycle so you don’t run out.

Charges

Shipping is ₹100 per parcel anywhere in India, GST included, on every order and every Glow Plan delivery. The 6-month plan ships in two parcels, so its shipping is ₹200 per term. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you its tracking details.

Delays & addresses

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. We’re not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses or events beyond our control, but we’ll always help you resolve an issue.
