Where we ship

We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international delivery.

Dispatch & delivery times

• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days via our courier partners (Shiprocket network).
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Glow Plan renewals are shipped automatically each cycle so you don’t run out.

Charges

Any shipping charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send tracking details by email/SMS.

Delays & addresses

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct. We’re not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control, but we’ll always help you resolve any issue.
